FitStarter has been created to provide retailers with a personalized shoe recommendation platform that aims to enhance customers' shoe fitting service, minimize returns, and boost customer satisfaction. In collaboration with the prominent shoe fit testing company Heeluxe, FitStarter becomes a precise and integrated initial stage for Aetrex's AI-powered shoe matching platform, FitGenius.

Aetrex uses its Fit Labs to analyze shoes offered by participating retailers each season using the patented Hank Jr Shoe Fitting Smartlast system developed by Heeluxe, which leverages pressure sensing technology.

The FitStarter platform simplifies the process by analyzing each customer's unique 3D foot scan data, conveniently collected in-store from either Albert 2Pro or Albert 3D Fit. This data, combined with Fit Lab data, is used to provide instant, personalized sizing recommendations. Within days of collecting Fit Lab shoe data, retailers can receive comprehensive recommendations on the shoes and fit available in their stores.
